As a dog trainer, my love for dogs runs deep, and photographing them was the beginning of my creative journey. I jokingly say that I either have a leash in my hand or a camera. I also love hiking and much of my love of wandering our beautiful California hills is watching my dogs revel in the environment. Offering outdoor pet photography in addition to dog training seemed like a natural addition to my services, and I came up with the name Leash and Lens Photography. As I started to photograph people as well, I decided utilizing my name was best. But photographing pets is still a great passion of mine, and I'd love to give you photos of your pets that you will cherish for years.
Pet Portraits
My connection to animals is what first drew me to photography. Outdoors, where they feel free and curious, is where their personalities shine the most. Let’s create images that celebrate their joy, devotion, and the adventures you share—photographs that will live on long after the muddy paws and wagging tails. Sessions start at $300.
End of Life Tribute
No matter how long we have them, it's never enough. I have a soft spot for senior dogs. With a gentle, unhurried approach and natural light, I focus on capturing the warmth, character, and quiet moments that define your relationship. Your images become a lasting remembrance—artwork created to honor their place in your family.
